The Rice Dolman Sleeve Blouse by Velvet is a great juxtaposition of upscale and casual with an amazing rayon fabric on the body of the blouse with a drape flowing style complete with dolman sleeves. All of this is contrasted with a crewneck collar and cuffs with contrasting ribbed cotton fabric. The top is styled to have a loose, oversized fit with a high low hem at the waist with the back hem being approximately two inches longer than the front. The length of the top hits below the hips.
